Applicant seeking sponsorship for Learned Conference should follow the instructions below:

3. Upon completion of the application form, the following documents are to be attached before submission:
   –           A copy of filled application form     
   –           A copy of conference flier
4. All application must be duly recommended by the Head of Unit.
