The 1st of May every year is dedicated to the celebration of the workers in the society. I join others in congratulating all workers especially the hardworking, dedicated and ever committed workers of this great University. I wish all of you the fulfillment of your desires, in good health and abundant grace.

For me, beyond celebrations, workers day is also an opportunity to reflect on how we do our job and what we need to do better to improve our service delivery. It is my hope that we will all take the opportunity of this break to bring in renewed energy into our jobs as well as come back to work with improved work ethics, re-engineered approach to service delivery and be more focused on the good of our system.
