TAU appoints Omotoso Provost, CMHS

Thomas Adewumi University (TAU), Oko-Irese, Kwara State, has appointed Prof. Gabriel Olaiya Omotoso of the Department of Anatomy, University of Ilorin,  as the new Provost of its College of Medical and Health Sciences.

The appointment, which was announced through the official social media platforms of the institution,  was part of its strategic leadership initiatives aimed at strengthening academic excellence, innovation and transformative leadership across the institution.

Prof. Omotoso brings to the new position extensive academic and professional experience in the medical and health sciences.

In his new capacity, Prof. Omotosho is expected to provide academic and administrative leadership for the College while contributing to the development of the University in medical education, research and innovation.
