UNILORIN TV nominated for NS-Awards

The UNILORIN TV has been nominated as a finalist in the Digital Communication category of this year’s National Spokespersons Awards (NS-Awards). The nomination is contained in a letter dated June 22, 2026 and addressed to the Chairman of the UNILORIN TV Management Board. The letter, signed by the Chairman of the National Planning Committee of the Awards, Mr Segun Mcmedal, was sighted by UNILORIN Bulletin last Monday (June 29, 2026).
The NS-Awards, which is organised by Image Merchants Promotion Limited (IMPR), publishers of PRNigeria and Spokespersons’ Digest, is Nigeria’s premier platform recognising excellence, integrity, and impact in public communication.
The Awards Ceremony, according to the letter, would hold on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at the NICON Luxury Hotel, Abuja.
The UNILORIN TV, which is one of the information outlets of the better by far University, was established by the current Administration of the University led by Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, last year to complement the information and educational services being rendered by UNILORIN Bulletin, UNILORIN 89.3 FM and UNILORIN Social Media Unit.
