Abdulwahab Kofoworola Kadiri is a proud alumnus of the University of Ilorin, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Science Education (Mathematics) before obtaining a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Statistics.

His academic background instilled in him a strong analytical mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to approach complex challenges with clarity and precision—qualities that form the foundation of his professional career.

Beyond the classroom, Kofoworola distinguished himself through service as General Secretary of the University of Ilorin Students’ Union (2014/2015 Administration). The experience sharpened his leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, while reinforcing his belief that leadership is fundamentally about creating value and serving others with integrity.

Today, Kofoworola is a banking professional with experience in corporate and relationship banking, managing portfolios within the Financial Institutions and Telecommunications sectors. He works with leading organisations to provide strategic financial solutions, deepen client relationships, and support sustainable business growth in an evolving economic landscape.

His journey from UNILORIN to the corporate world reflects the University’s enduring commitment to producing graduates who combine academic excellence, purposeful leadership, and a drive to make meaningful contributions to society.
