Egbewole presents brand-new cars to CoPD

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, has presented brand-new cars to the Chairman and some members of the Committee of Provost and Deans (CoPD) of the University to enhance the effective discharge of their duties.
The beneficiaries of the gesture are the Provost of the College of Health Sciences; the Dean of Postgraduate School, the Dean of Student Affairs, as well as the Deans of the Faculties Education, Environmental Sciences; Basic Clinical Sciences, Management Sciences, Arts, Physical Sciences and Communication and Information Sciences.
Speaking during the presentation last Friday (September 18, 2026), Prof. Egbewole said the gesture was part of the Administration’s efforts to support the leadership of the various academic units and facilitate the smooth discharge of their duties.
The Vice Chancellor urged the beneficiaries to continue to contribute their quota to the growth and development of the University, as well as support the Administration in achieving its vision for the University.
