UNILORIN NUJ hails  Alfanla on birthday

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), University of Ilorin Chapel, has rejoiced with the Registrar of the University, Mr Mansur Adeleke Alfanla, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a congratulatory message dated August 28, 2025 and signed by its Chairman, Mr Adewoyin Tijani Adekola, the Chapel extolled the Registrar’s exemplary leadership qualities and his contributions to the growth and development of the University.

Mr  Adewoyin noted that since his assumption of office, Mr Alfanla has distinguished himself through remarkable administrative acumen, integrity, and dedication, which have enhanced the smooth operation of the  core functions of the University.

The NUJ Chairman further observed that as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership (FCIML), the Registrar has consistently demonstrated expertise and inclusiveness in his stewardship at the Registry, thereby earning the admiration of colleagues, students, and other stakeholders of the University.

The Chairman described Mr Alfanla’s leadership style as one that promotes transparency, teamwork, and excellence, stressing that his tenure has been a source of inspiration to the University community.

While congratulating him on the milestone, the  NUJ Unilorin Chapel Chairman prayed for God’s continued protection, sound health, and success in all his future endeavours. It also wished Mr Alfanla many more years of joy, fulfillment, and achievement as he continues to serve the University of Ilorin with distinction and dedication.
