Victor Adesewa Adegbile is the CEO and co-founder of Land Republic Limited, a fast-growing real estate and infrastructure company transforming property ownership and development across Africa.

He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Aroko Farm & Resort, an agro-resort initiative managing thousands of acres across Nigeria.

At Land Republic, Victor has led expansion across multiple Nigerian states and into East Africa, introducing innovations such as Land Chatting, a digital land verification tool, and a multi-unit property management platform modernizing residential operations.

Holding a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Ilorin, his education is further enhanced by executive certifications secured from Pan-Atlantic University, the London School of Real Estate, and the University of Lagos.

Honoured as a Young African Leader, Eminent Peace Ambassador, and recipient of an Honorary Doctorate in Real Estate Management, Victor is passionate about youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and legacy-building in real estate and agriculture.
