Ebenezer Olumide Igbaroola is a distinguished Senior Project Manager and development specialist with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale technical, social protection, and community development initiatives. He currently serves as the Head of Operations for the Nigeria CARES Programme, a World Bank-assisted intervention focused on social and economic recovery.

Throughout his career, Ebenezer has established a formidable track record in managing complex projects that bridge the gap between technical expertise and community impact. His professional journey is backed by a robust academic foundation and international exposure, having attended executive management programmes in Nigeria, USA, Kenya, and India.

Ebenezer holds a comprehensive suite of qualifications from Nigeria’s top institutions:

• BSc in Geology and Mineral Science – University of Ilorin
• Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) – Federal School of Surveying, Oyo
• MTech in Project Management – Federal University of Technology, Akure
• MSc in Mineral Exploration/Geology – University of Ibadan

A committed lifelong learner and industry leader, Ebenezer is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also an active member of the Nigeria Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS), reflecting his deep roots in the earth sciences alongside his administrative leadership.
