Dr Oluwafemi Babatunde DAODU, is a virologist with specialty in emerging and re-emerging viral diseases (in Nigeria and neighboring countries in sub–Saharan Africa) with a special focus on arboviruses. He has a broad background in veterinary medicine and infectious agents that can be transmitted from animal to humans (zoonosis) and has specifically trained in highly classified viral diseases which are lately emerging. He is a member of Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association, Biochemical Society UK, Physiological Society UK and Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene
