Dr Olofintoye is a Senior lecturer and the Ag Head of Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering, University of Iloriin, Ilorin, Nigeria. He is a seasoned professional with a doctorate degree in Civil Engineering from Durban University of Technology, Durban, South Africa. He is a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a member of the Nigerian society of Engineers (NSE), and Water Institute of Southern Africa (WISA) during his doctoral studies. His area of specialization is Water Resources and Environmental Engineering with applications in Evolutionary computation and Artificial Intelligence. He has published in several books and Journals both internationally and locally and has attended several local and international conferences. He has also benefitted from several scholarships, grants and awards.
