The Union praised the station’s achievements in the past 16 years and also commended the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, and the entire University management for their untiring support for the station.

The RATTAWU leader who described UNILORIN 89.3 FM as one of the best campus media outlets in Nigeria, highlighted its significant contributions to the development of the University, Kwara State, and Nigeria at large.

He appreciated the station’s management for prioritising student development programmes, community engagement, entertainment, and informative programming, which, he said, have made the station stand out among its peers.
