Modality for Collection of Certificate:

Interested prospective collectors SHOULD forward the copies of the underlisted documents to the Registrar of the University as part of the requirements for collection:

1. Statement of Result (Original Copy);
2. Court Affidavit; and
3. Indemnity form (to be downloaded, filled and attached)
4. Data page of valid International Passport (for applicants in Diaspora)

Indemnity Letter, and Courier Service Charges

Arrangement for physical collection however, is as follows:

Date: Monday to Friday
Time: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Venue: University Auditorium (Basement)
