Nurses at the University of Ilorin Health Services Unit have expressed appreciation to the Executive Committee and members of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) for their presence, prayers, support, and solidarity during the sickness, burial, and Fidau prayer of their late colleague, Dr Wosilat Bimpe Ojulari.
In a letter dated Monday (September 21, 2026), the nurses acknowledged the support extended by SSANU members during the period of grief following the death of Dr Ojulari.
The letter, titled “Appreciation for Your Presence and Support at the Funeral Service and Fidau Prayer of late Dr Wosilat Bimpe Ojulari,” a copy of which was made available to UNILORIN Bulletin, conveyed the gratitude of the nurses for the participation of SSANU executives and members in honouring the memory of their deceased colleague and friend.
The nurses stated that the presence of SSANU members during the difficult period reminded them that they were not alone, adding that they remained deeply grateful for the honour accorded the late Dr Ojulari.
They also prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest and give her family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
