Two UNILORIN staff elected as IMAN national officers

Two members of staff of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Abdulrasheed Nasir and Prof. Hadijat Olaide Raji, have emerged as national officers of the Islamic Medical Association of Nigeria (IMAN) for the 2026–2029 tenure.
While Prof. Nasir emerged as the National Vice President I, Prof. Raji became the National Treasurer.
The appointments were made at the just concluded Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association held at the University of Ilorin.
Prof. Nasir is the Director of the Stem Cell Centre of the University, while Prof. Raji is the Manager of the Medical Screening Centre of the University.
The two academics are among the 17 national officers appointed to steer the affairs of IMAN for the next three-years.
