UNILORIN organises pre-retirement seminar

Arrangements have been concluded by the Directorate of Human Resources and Gratuity Unit, University of Ilorin to organise a pre-retirement sensitisation seminar for staff members who would soon be retiring from the services of the University.

A notification issued by Mrs R. Ologe, the Deputy Registrar, Pension and Gratuity, on behalf of the Registrar, Mr Mansur Adeleke Alfanla, said that the event, which is being organised in conjunction with the Custodian Life Assurance Limited, is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the University Auditorium beginning at 10:00 am.

The notification added that all the staff members who are due for retirement in 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029 are expected to attend the seminar as they would be exposed to all they needed to know about the steps they should take to access their retirement benefits without stress.
