Be of good conduct, Adam charges Unilorites

The Director of the Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) Foundation School, University of Ilorin, Prof. Ibrahim Kayode Adam, has encouraged staff members of the University to always be of good conduct at all times.
Prof. Adam, who is also the Chairman of the Ilorin Emirate Staff Association, University of Ilorin, gave this advice last Monday (February 16, 2026) while addressing some members of the Association at the Boardroom of the Faculty of Agriculture .
The Director said that as staff members of the University they needed to put up fascinating attributes worthy of emulation at all times.
He said that they must not only be a model in diligence but they must also strive to be outstanding in integrity and probity to justify their engagement as staff members of the University.
He reminded them that students do not only listen to what their teachers teach them but, more often than not, emulate their attributes and mannerisms.
Prof. Adam, who is also a former Dean of the Faculty of Law, said that all hands must be on deck to assist the administration of Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, to make the University the best in Nigeria, one of the ten most outstanding in Africa and among the leading 500 in the world.
The don particularly encouraged senior academics to provide deliberate mentorship for the younger ones, saying that the rules and regulations governing the University must be inculcated in the new staff and students for them to have a very successful and rewarding career and studentship as the case maybe.
