The Department of Veterinary Pathology is one of the founding departments in the faculty and is poised to equipping the students with requisite knowledge in understanding diseases aetiologies, progression, diagnosis and prevention as part of the pre requisite needed for a DVM degree. Technically there are 2 units in the Department, Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology, the 2 units work together to provide the best understanding of the disease processes and palpable definitive diagnosis.
