As the Head of Department, I warmly welcome students, scholars, and collaborators to the Department of Veterinary Parasitology and Entomology at the University of Ilorin. Our department is committed to advancing knowledge of parasitic and insect-borne diseases that affect animal and human health, especially within the context of tropical agriculture and public health. We pride ourselves on a multidisciplinary approach, integrating expertise in Veterinary Protozoology, Helminthology, and Entomology to tackle the challenges of parasitic diseases.
