The Department of Animal Production established in 1985 is one of the oldest in the Faculty of Agriculture. It is the largest Department by staff strength with 18 Academic Staff positions, 4 Technologist/Laboratory staff, and 4 Departmental staff positions, 25 of which are currently occupied.
