ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF PRINCIPAL
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the vacant post of PRINCIPAL of Unilorin Secondary School.
THE SCHOOL
Unilorin Secondary School is an autonomous community service outreach venture of the University of Ilorin. It is self-financing with a Governing Board.
THE POSITION
The Principal is the Chief Executive Officer of Unilorin Secondary School, responsible to the School Governing Board for the day-to-day administration and management of the School.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must not be more than 60 years of age as at the time of this advert, must possess SSCE/GCE (O/level) or its equivalent with at least five (5) credits, including English Language. Candidate must hold a Bachelor degree in Education or PGDE and possess an NYSC discharge Certificate / certificate of exemption, as well as be a certified member of the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). Applicant should not be below the rank of Vice Principal.
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The successful candidate shall hold office for a single term of 4 years and shall be subject to conditions of service of the school.
