The family of the late Prof. Taibat Tunrayo Adebisi of the Department of Home Economics, University of Ilorin, has announced the burial arrangements for the late scholar, who passed away recently.

According to the burial notice made available to UNILORIN Bulletin last Wednesday (August 20, 2025), the programme will begin with a Service of Songs on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Goodnews Cathedral, MFM Bus Stop, Tanke, Ilorin, beginning at 4:00 p.m.

On Friday, September 12, 2025,her remains will be interred at 13 Ogundele Street, Atiba Estate, Osogbo, Osun State, beginning at 1:00p.m.

The notice described Prof. Adebisi as “a woman of unwavering faith, profound wisdom, and boundless compassion, who lived a life wholly devoted to the service of others. Her existence was a tapestry of love, sacrifice, and generosity.”

Members of the University community and the general public are invited to join the family of the deceased in celebrating the blessed and selfless life of the late scholar.
