CSSN gets tricycles to ease transportation challenges

The Management of the University of Ilorin has released two tricycles to the Centre for Students with Special Needs (CSSN).

The gesture, according to a statement by the Director of the Centre, Prof. Taiwo H. Ambali, is to ease the transportation challenges facing the interpreters at the Centre.

The tricycles were handed over to the Centre last Tuesday (January 14, 2025) by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Lasiele A. Yahaya.

In her remarks after receiving the tricycles, the CSSN Director, Prof. Ambali, expressed appreciation to the Vice Chancellor and his management team for the gesture. She promised that the tricycles would be effectively used to enhance the academic activities of the students with special needs.

The presentation was also witnessed by the two Deputy Directors of the Centre, Dr Alaba P. Kolawole and Dr Julius O. Isarinade.
