Kudirat Mopelola Malik-Abdulmajeed is a multi-talented banker and leader with over 19 years of experience in driving business growth, leading teams, and fostering innovation. She is an expert in strategic planning, project and risk management, and financial analysis, with a proven track record of success in delivering gold standard services, achieving operational efficiency, and excelling in sales and marketing.
As a Scrum expert, she has held various roles and overseen the planning and execution of several initiatives, yielding significant positive results. Kudirat’s professional strengths are firmly rooted in her passion for academic and organisational excellence.
She is an enthusiast for academia, mental health, and community development. A devoted mother, excellent cook, and homemaker, Kudirat is an all-round professional woman.
A distinguished alumna of the University of Ilorin, Kudirat is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria (CIFCON).
During her undergraduate studies, she won the Best Graduating Student in Economics award (2001/2002 session) and the Madam Oluwafunmike Kolawole Memorial Prize in Economics (2001/2002 session).
As a FirstBank staff member, she has received multiple professional awards, including The Energizer Award from FirstBank Leadership School (June 2023).
She is happily married to Barrister Malik Abdulmajeed and blessed with a beautiful daughter.
