“Amuda-Yusuf Ganiyu holds PhD in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, MSc Quantity Surveying (Mechanical and Electrical) University of Salford, UK; BSc Quantity Surveying, ABU Samaru – Zaria Nigeria, He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a fully Registered Quantity Surveyor with Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria. He is a Reader in the Department of Quantity Surveying and immediate past Ag. Dean of Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Ilorin. Dr. Amuda is the current Secretary, Professional Development and Library for the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the current Kwara State Chapter Chairman of the NIQS. His research interest is in the area of Cost Management of Building Services, Value Engineering, Implementation of Building Information Modelling in Construction Industry and Sustainable development practices.
The University-based community services rendered include: Ag. Dean of Faculty of Environmental Sciences from 2018 to 2020; Ag. Head of Quantity Surveying Department from 2016 to 2018; Faculty Representative at Business Committee of Senate and level adviser among others. Dr. G. Amuda-Yusuf is married with children.
