Mrs. Khadijah W. Garba, M. Ed., B. Ed. Educational Management (Ilorin); N. C. E., Geography/Social-Studies (Ilorin); MNIM (Chartered); MIPAN; MANUPA; joined the services of University of Ilorin in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant (AA) in the Registry Department.  She rose through the ranks and became a Deputy Registrar (DR) in 2021.  She has worked in different Faculties and Units of the University such as Directorate of Human Resources, Senior Staff Section; Faculty of Engineering and Technology; Head, Endowment and Alumni Relations Unit;  Pioneer Faculty Officer, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences; Head, Records and Verification Unit, Directorate of Academic Support Services;  Head, Directorate of Human Resources, Junior Staff Section; Faculty Officer, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and presently, she is the Faculty Officer, Faculty of Management Sciences.  She has also served diligently as Secretary in various Committees and Boards of the University too numerous to mention but notable among them are: Secretary, Technical and Entrepreneurship Centre; Secretary, Junior Staff Appointments and Promotions Committee (JSA & PC); Secretary, Regularization of Appointments of Junior Staff; Secretary, Junior Staff Registry Promotion Review Panel; Secretary to all Faculty Boards and Committees of Faculties of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine and Management Sciences; Secretary, Committee on Review of Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (APER) Form; Secretary, Committee on Faculty Staff (Casual) and Secretary, Committee on Industrial Harmony. She has attended many Workshops, Administrative Training and Conferences both locally and nationally.  Also, she has performed other duties efficiently and effectively.
