Mrs. Ruth Adedoyin Selekere joined the services of the University of Ilorin on 1st February, 1982 as a Clerical Assistant in the Student Affairs Unit.
In the course of her service in the University, she had undertaken several courses to enhance her efficiency and performance on the job.
She attended Kwara State Polytechnics for her Diploma in Public Administration and proceeded to University of Ilorin where she obtained a degree in B. A (Ed.) History.
She steadily progressed in the University service culminating in her promotion as a Principal Assistant Registrar.
She has served in several departments and units of the University among which are Student Affairs Unit, Registrar’s Office, Admissions Office, and Dean’s Office, Faculty of Social Sciences. She readily accepts additional responsibilities with enthusiasms and without reservations.
Mrs. Ruth Adedoyin Selekere is presently heading Admissions Office in which she has been contributing immensely to the growth and development of the office.
She is a member of the Association of Nigeria Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA). She is happily married with children.
