QS. Abdulrahaman Toyin Jimoh graduated from Kaduna Polytechnic with a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying in 1988. He also has a Masters of Science degree in Housing &
Management obtained from the University of Ibadan in 2014.

He joined the service of the University as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in July, 2001 after working in different organisations in the Private (Jelekwe & Sons Limited), Public (Federal Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development) and Civil Service (Kwara State Investment & Property Development Corporation) for ten (10) years.

At the University of Ilorin, due to hard work and diligence, he rose through the ranks and got promoted to the post of Deputy Director in 2016 where he has been appointed twice as the Acting Director, Physical Planning Unit.

A certified procurement officer by the Bureau of Public Procurement (2013). He was admitted to the Corporate Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors in 1999 where he has served in various capacity. The most distinctive being the immediate past Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Kwara State Chapter between 2017 – 2019. He is also a fellow of the NIQS.

Due to his commitment in the discharge of his duties, he has served on many committees; Finance and logbook committee of NIQS, member of the membership committee of NIQS (2021 – 2023), just to mention a few. He has attended many Conferences, workshops and seminars on Quantity Surveying. He is reputable for hard work, excellent service and meticulous in dealing with official matters.

In his spare time, he indulges in lawn tennis, football and loves to read.

He is happily married with children, and grand children.
