Dr. S. O. Bilewu is a registered Engineer and a commonwealth doctoral scholar. Prior to joining the University of Ilorin, he has been in private engineering practice for over 20 years where he has been involved with the study, design and supervision of various engineering projects. As a lecturer in the department of Water Resources and environmental Engineering, he is committed to human development, community services and educating people about water mismanagement that endangers the environment. His research interest is the application of hydrology to meet human needs through access to potable water, irrigation and drainage and hydropower.
