The Department Mass Communication, University of Ilorin, is
the Winner of the BOBTV 2008 edition in the Documentary Category.
At the final of the five days event in Abuja on Thursday night, March 13th,
2008, the department thrashed five other departments of Mass Communication
in the country to emerge the leader.The Department's entry entitled,
The Virgin Bride is a documentary on traditional marriage in
Ilorin.
The other departments of Mass Communication or Language and Communication
that participated are Ahmadu Bello University, University of Ibadan, Delta
State University and Imo State University. |
