REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR FRESH  STUDENTS (INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION)
Note that no Candidate can be registered by proxy. All Candidates are therefore advised to personally enter their details as the University will not be liable for any misrepresentation of details including payment.

Freshers are to be informed that a dummy registration number would be generated for them to be able to register on the Portal

GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR ALL STUDENTS

  1. Candidates are to visit (www.unilorin.edu.ng/latestnews/ioe2011adms.pdf) to check their admission status .
  2. After confirmation of names on the Admission list, Candidates are expected to go to the Institute of Education for the screening of their results and other certificates.
  3. On completion of the above step, Candidates are to go to the Sandwich portal on (www.unilorin.edu.ng/ioe) to register by clicking on the link Register, using your temporary registration number against their names on the admission list and Contact I to login. This should be entered into the space provided for Matric/Application No. This is what is known as initial login details.
  4. Scan your passport photograph on a RED background  which should show your face clearly in the following dimension of 132 * 18 pixel, to a maximum size of 20kb on your Biodata form
  5. Make sure you fill the biodata form correctly and truthfully with the right information and click on SUBMIT to save your records.
  6. You will create your password on the biodata form before submission and do not forget your password as you will use it in subsequent transactions.
  7. Thereafter, click on Login and type your  temporary Registration No.  and  your password you supplied when creating the initial login details in 3 - 5 above.
  8. After log in, click on Course Registration to select your courses and Register them.
    a. Click on Registered courses to add relevant courses given to you by your level advisers;
    b. In case you need to add more courses not initially displayed, click 'ADD' to continue to make your payment.
  9. Select your Contact and the Amount to paid and type  in the Confirmation Order Number and Receipt Number you were given in bank when you went to make your payment.
  10. Thereafter, click on Make Payment and wait for the computer to make your payment online for your after which you have the opportunity to print your completed course forms and your receipt.(Please do not refresh while making payment).

GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR ALL STUDENTS

  1. Students are to visit (www.unilorin.edu.ng/ioe/ioe2011gudstd.pdf)to confirm their good standing status on the university website
  2. If in good standing, Students are to go to the portal on (www.unilorin.edu.ng/ioe) to register by clicking on the link Register, using your Matric number and your current Contact to login and confirm their good standing status on the website
  3. If in good standing, a form is displayed for you to create your initial login details.
  4. Scan your passport photograph on a RED background which should show your face clearly in the following dimension of 132 * 18 pixel, to a maximum size of 20kb on your Biodata form .
  5. Make sure you fill the form correctly and truthfully with the right information and click on SUBMIT to save your records.
  6. Thereafter, click on Login and type your Matric number  and  Password you supplied when creating the initial login details in (2 above).
  7. After log in, click on course Registration to select your courses.
  8. Select your courses as listed for you based on your Contact session and Programme
  9. Click on Registered Courses to Add those selected courses for you and click on continue to make your payment.
  10. Select your Contact and the Amount to paid and type  in the Confirmation Order Number and Receipt Number you were given in bank when you went to make your payment.
  11. Thereafter, click on Make Payment and wait for the computer to make your payment online for your after which you have the opportunity to print your completed course forms and your receipt.(Please do not refresh)

PAYMENTS &  GENERATION OF CARD DETAILS

a.         To pay all necessary charges (University based, Faculty and Department, Associations) and levies etc, click the link to access payment information.
b.         Load your e-payment card by collecting Confirmation order Number and Receipt number at any of the approved Commercial Banks (click here) to see list of authorized banks where you can pay.
e.         Students are advised in their own interest to beware of fraudsters in the handling of their e-payment card.
