Profile:

Research interest is in water resources system that encompasses climate studies, surface water hydrology, water policy, urban water supply management and IWRM. The focus is to explore and proffer solutions to challenges facing water recourses development and management by attempting to balance the conflicting objectives of economic, social equity, environmental and sustainable development through integrated approach across disciplines, using decision support system (DSS). Olayinka is a licensed professional engineer under the Nigerian law, a Peace Ambassador and received the Pillars of Nation Building Award to 2012 Distinguished Academic ICON from the Strategic Institute for Natural Resources and Human Development of Nigeria (SINRHD).
