Brief personal profile

Dr O.S Katibi graduated from the University of Ibadan medical school. She underwent her postgraduate residency training in both the National and West African Postgraduate Medical Colleges at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH). She graduated with a Fellowship of the National Medical College in Paediatrics in 2010.

She was subsequently appointed as a Lecturer I at the University of Ilorin and Honorary Consultant Paediatrician to UITH. She sub-specialised in Dermatology and teaches undergraduate students in Dermatology.  She is also a Paediatric HIV specialist with her research interests running in this area.

She is one of the master trainers in Paediatric HIV of the Federal Ministry of Health. She has presented at various conferences and workshops both within and outside Nigeria.
