Introduction

Only few Nigerian Universities offer Surveying and Geoinformatics. At best, the course is available at the Diploma level. Conversely, the Land Surveying and Geoinformatics expertise and services are in high demand in Nigeria economy and in the national development. Further introduction of the course anew in a University is apposite. The course is structured according to NUC prescription and professional body guidelines.
