Dr. Adedayo Yusuf Abdulkareem obtained all is degrees (B.Ed.; M.Ed. and Ph.D) in Educational Management. He transferred his service from Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin to the University of Ilorin in 1995. He later served the College as Provost (on Leave of Absence; 2005-2010). He is presently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, University of Ilorin. He is a member of the Nigeria Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP); the Nigerai Association of Educational Reseachers and Elevators (NAERE); a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) (Chatered) and a member of Teachers' Registration Council of Nigerian institute of Management (TRCN). He has research publications in local, national and international Journals. His areas of research interest include school effectiveness, quantitative methodologies in school resource management and statistical analysis in educational research. He has taught at various levels of Nigeria education system. He also served the Community at various levels (local and national). He hold s an honourary chieftaincy title as Fiwajoye of Babanla Land in Ifelodun local Government Area of Kwara State. Dr. Abdulkareem’s hobbies are counselling, travelling and adventures.
